doodled this at work this morning :'D idk which twin it's meant to be, so you can decide for yourself.

This one was going to be for halloween, but I never got around to finishing it.

I drew these at work fucking months ago.

This was done while listening to "so happy I could die" by Lady Gaga. I was going to insert lyrics into it.

Zim and Lard Nar have never met, and would probably never chat formally or anything since Lard Nar is leading the Resisty against the Irken empire. But anyway. They're both adorable, so here he is forcing himself on Zim. Zim looks very displeased.

This is so crap :'D I didn't reference either, so they're probably way off.

idk why I'm uploading these. When I learn how to draw characters from shows I take TONS of screencaps of all their different emotions and I teach myself how to draw them by forcing myself to doodle them with the screencaps as reference. I do that till I can draw their various expressions competently without any reference. Why? Because I love doing fanart in the original style of the show =[ That and I need to learn how to draw a lot of the characters for my COMIC ENDEAVORS.

So here are a bunch of referenced sketches. Just to prove I have been doodling, hah. I have a ton of commissions to do, so I doubt I'll sketch much till I get through some of them.


Top left Zim isn't referenced, and is incredibly random...
Bottom left vortian isn't referenced. I decided to try doodling one without a ref. I'm quite confident with drawing vortians, it's just their head shapes, my lord they're complex.

This is all I could get out today. I've had a very busy day, and needless to say it's crushed my inspiration a bit. I don't think I'll be drawing much at all till mother gets out of hospital, because I just have so much to do. I was really in the mood for some ZADR angst. But I ended up with Zim in the process of removing Dib's pants. Weird. I hate tall Zim. It doesn't look right to me, but it's so hard to make smut of him in his normal size. I do plan on doing it though. For that stupid comic.

I am currently practicing comics. I'm using Invader Zim for two reasons, 1. The characters, anatomy wise and size wise are TINY and super easy to draw. It literally takes seconds, compared to the ages that I spend on normal characters. And 2. The expressions and poses are SUPER easy to do with them. I still haven't got expressions down entirely in my own style. I'm hoping this practice will help me get better at comics, expressions, poses, and SPEEDINESS. Plus, I keep having ideas for stupid little Invader Zim plots. They're pathetic, samely, the sort of crap you'd see on the show but stupider, and I love it. It's really fun to do. And it's not really supposed to be amazing ground breaking plots or humour, just a little mindless fan indulgence I suppose. I do plan on doing IZ porn comics, but right now I'm just doing clean stuff, since it's easier, and I have plots worked out. It's hard to write porn about characters that just WOULD NOT do something like that, I can't seem to get them in character in porn, I'm going to keep trying though.


This is obviously just the sketch though. If I ever decide to finish them, the lines would be cleaner, and I'd add better speech bubbles. The font would probably be Invader, the Invader Zim font itself, and the frames will stay the messy way they are because I think it fits the darker theme of the show. The best part about this being that it only took me about half an hour to do that entire thing. Maybe less! I'm hoping I can do another page tomorrow.

There's this one ep of Invader Zim where Gir makes Zim dance and he looks so indignant and ADORABLE.

Anyway, I was listening to some dance music and I thought it'd be cute if Dib dragged Zim out to a rave or something.
I need to go to bed and stop drawing stupid crap like this.

At first I felt kinda guilty. Then I remembered, no matter how weird my fetish for Zim is, there are a thousand more disturbing fetishes out there.
